I don’t think that Phil Parshall was saying that these people were not true believers. The Holy Spirit draws whomsoever He wills to Himself. These Muslim believers that call themselves Christians cannot be judged on their way of life if they are in accordance with the Word of God. If the Messianic Jews are believers then why can’t we believe Messianic Muslims are believers as well? This is a difficult thing to grasp. I don’t know where I stand on it. But we must remember God is the only one who can truly know the heart. He knows whether they are His children. We need to concern ourselves with those who are not saved. (Meisha Deane)

OK, I am confused on this. I see their point, in the other story, for evangelizing Muslims. I can even understand not telling everyone. I still think they are going too far as I said in the other story.
However, certainly faith and trust in God is the only thing that can ultimately protect.
If they are indeed genuine then we can not criticize them. Ultimately only the Heavenly Father knows our heart and theirs. Certainly though, this model would not be transferable to any other culture that I know of.
At this point I need to do the political salute, and go hands off. I honestly haven’t thought this all the way out.

I agree he was not saying the converts are not truly saved. I believe he was defending their actions, by explaining why. I just am not sure where I stand though. I still think they were wrong but now understanding the context and reasons why, I just don’t know.
All I do know is this method must be a one of a kind and not easily transferable.

This was a critical article, hey that rhymes. I really think the author wanted to voice his opinion by criticizing the flaws of another author’s article. It’s sticky issue, I give you that and one has to ask is this a Spirit led mission. If it is, so be it, what we do as brothers and sisters in Christ is pray for them. If it isn’t, God will judge them accordingly. Again, this is a sticky issue; someone’s bound to get stuck in something. (Trey Hyman)
